  • How do I pay for your services?
    There are a few ways in which you can pay. Secure payment via PayPal Bank transfer Cash on day of service *Work will not commence until payment has been received
  • What if i am not happy with your service?
    We encourage all feedback from our clients, positive or negative. After you inspect your clean and realise we have missed something or you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will immediately come out and re-clean any areas missed or that were unsatisfactory. Please email us as soon as possible (within 24-48 hours) after the clean with photos and description of the areas that may require further attention.
  • How long does it take to clean my place?
    This all depends on the the type of service you choose, the property type and any extras you choose to add on. Home Cleaning: For all home cleaning services we provide an estimate (which can be found in our services tab) of the cleaning time. For example a 1 bedroom home, we allocate 2 hours, however the clean may take 3 or 4 hours depending on the requirements within the home, however we will not leave until all area under the service chosen are completed. Commercial Cleaning: For our Commercial Cleaning Services we allocate upto 5 hours. However this time will vary depending on the size of the property and type of clean you require. For example; a small gym may take 2 hours, whilst a large multi-story office block may take 5-8 hours. End of Lease Cleaning: Our end of lease cleaning is a standard 4 hour service. In this time we will get as much as possible done. We will focus on area that you have decided on, and for any additional time past 4 hours, as requrested by you, will be charged at our hourly rate.
  • When will my cleaner arrive?
    After your booking has been confirmed, we will notify and confirm with you the date and time of arrival. This will indicate when you can expect the cleaner to arrive. The times provided is an arrival window and indicates that the cleaner will arrive between these times.
  • What will you bring to the service?
    All our cleaners come fully equipped with their own cleaning supplies. If you would like our cleaners to use your products or a product of your choice, simply leave the product on the kitchen bench and they will use that product in place of their own. All our cleaners disinfect and clean clothing and materials between each clean and we will always use different clothes and sponges for the kitchen, bathroom and living areas.
  • Do i have to be home for the cleaner?
    Short answer: No - this is entirely up to you. You can be there for the entire service, you can let the cleaner in and leave for the duration of the clean or not be there at all. You may choose to leave a key in a keysafe or lockbox at the front of your property (providing us with a code to access) to allow access for the cleaner when you're not home. Please note, our cleaners work best and more efficiently when working in an empty house.
  • Do your cleaners have police checks?
    All of our cleaners are required to have an up to date police check and a working with childrens check.
  • What if i need to cancel or i forget my cleaner is arriving on the day?
    If you need to cancel that is more than fine. We required a minimum 48 hours notice for Free cancellation. However any cancellation made in less then 48 hours will incur a cost of 50% of the cleaning cost. If there is a "no show" on the day our cleaner arrives we will make 3 attempts to reach you with the contact details provided. After 3 attempts our cleaners will leave and you will be required to pay 50% of the cleaning fee as compensation for a "no show".

Payments Accepted

We accept both Cash paid on the day or Direct Debit, paid within 24 hours of our services.

Cancellation Policy

For small cleans we require a 24 hour cancellation notice, cancelling a service under 24 Hour will incur a fee of 25% of the total clean cost.

For larger Cleans we require 72 hours notice if you cancel as this allows us time to reschedule our cleaners. Cancellation under the 72 hour period will incur a fee of 30% of the total clean cost.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We provide 100% satisfaction with all our services, so if you are not satisfied with the service or clean provided, simply contact us within 24 hours of the clean and we will come back free of charge (of course) and re-clean that area.

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee is exactly that. If you are not 100% satisfied with our services then we will happily complete a re-clean at no extra charge.
